Why do we ask for your social ID?
From Johannesburg, where i have spent most of my adult life and come from a very modest background which has provided me with a different perspective on how the world actually works, compare to how we would hope it would work.
Through my professional career, I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to work and engage with predominately rural communities and if anything, realise that as a society, we have far more to achieve than what many of us are aware of. Firmly believe that personal and moral growth is a direct consequence of uplifting communities and protecting the vulnerable.
Personally, an avid motorcycle enthusiast as well as a proponent of animal welfare.
I have had the opportunity to work firstly in the private sector as well as in the the public sector. Currently, and in a nutshell, I look at how to take Government programmes and run then in the most effective and efficient manner while bringing them back to their core outcomes which in most cases pertains to real social benefit. Easier said than done, considering the dynamics.
